Please take a look at the zip codes listed below to determine which shipping zone you are in.  Then when you are making your order in the shopping cart, there is a section to select which zone.  Then select your zone for shipping charges.

We are trying very hard to get the cart to provide accurate shipping charges.  If your amount looks way too high, then it probably is, we will adjust the shipping and refund you the difference.
