INVOICES ARE PROCESSED IMMEDIATELY SO ONCE YOUR ORDER IS PLACED IT CANNOT BE CHANGED.

 This benefits you as well; it prevents mix-ups and mistakes in orders. Any additions will be treated as a new order. We will try to get your additions delivered with your original order; however, offer no promises.

All orders will be placed through the shopping cart for customer service control measures.  This way we are sure that no mix-ups have occurred.  We accept orders 24/7.  We will get back to you with a total and and any questions answered as soon as we can.  Naturally if you place an order on a holiday it would be the next working day before we would be able to answer.

Delivery will be made in a timely fashion. At this time we are experiencing some delays due to manufacturing problems and family health problems. Generally products will be ready for delivery within 48 hours of order date  (with payment); however, with the time we are now spending at doctor offices and the hospital while preparing for brain surgery for Andrew our time will be more limited.  We do appreciate your orders and respect how important that quick shipping is to you; however, this is a serious situation with Andrew and his care will come first.  We utilize UPS AND USPS  when we can. If we find United States Postal service is more feasible for your location or less costly then we will ship via the post office. We do not charge handling fees. We are proud of our products and expect to handle them with the most tender touch for your pleasure. You will pay ONLY your exact shipping fees. If we charge you more, you get the overpayment back. We DO NOT ship COD. We do ship nationwide, so our Canadian friends and those overseas can enjoy our fine quality products. We will make every attempt to utilize the shipping rates to those companies to the best of our abilities.

We do our absolute best to pack a tight box and offer you the best shipping methods we can. We try to put as much in one box as possible. Should a box arrive damaged, do NOT accept it. Immediately contact the shipper and let them know of the problem. If you can work out something with the shipper on your end and they will document it and show that only the box was damaged and none of the internal goods are damaged then please accept the box.

All orders will be paid for at the time they are placed. The customer will receive a receipt as proof of payment received. Some special order items may incur an additional charge; this will be discussed up front. This would be if we need to order special items just for you, customized items, dropship items for you, etc. We DO NOT offer credit terms.

All prices and policies are subject to change without notice. Due to fluctuations in shipping, raw material charges, etc., sometimes price increases are beyond our control.

Post-dated checks are not allowed. Payment is to be made with the form of Paypal/Cash/cashier's check/money order or personal checks. All personal checks will be held for a period of 14 business days. We accept credit cards through our paypal account only, at this time. We will not ship orders unless we have money in hand. If you send a cashier's check your order will not ship until we have the cashier's check. Any order cancelled and or payments not received within ONE week will be placed back on the shelves and a 15% restocking fee will be incurred. We take insufficient check funds seriously as well. We charge $30.00 per returned check and will turn over to our prosecuting attorney and turn in for internet fraud. Any orders shipped and then cancelled and returned by you to us, you will receive a $20.00 fee assessed to your account.  We are still with shipping charges for that package plus cancellation fees by the carrier.  Please be sure you want the order when you place it.  If your address changes and/or you have given us the wrong address and correct this after your box has already shipped we will need a $5.00 fee to change the address with the carrier.  This is what they charge us.  This another reason to make sure orders are placed through the shopping cart.

Local orders may be picked up. Please give us at least four hours to prepare your order or you will be expected to wait. Local orders may be picked up Monday - Friday from 9AM to 5PM unless other arrangements are made.  Due to privacy issues please do not just pop by and walk in our front door.  Advance notice is not only polite but required.  All Oklahoma people will pay our local sales tax unless your have a permit on file with us.

Busy seasons. We will keep you updated on busy seasons and during that time if you need a rush on your order you will be paying a $3.00 rush fee. Thank you for your consideration in ordering early.

Fragrant Expressions Supply accepts NO responsibility for the misuse of any of their products. We offer you all safety information we have on these items.

Please read all information regarding our products and adhere to those directions for the proper performance and enjoyment of your products. Should you buy a fragrance oil that says not good for CP soap and you CP it anyway then we are not responsible if it doesn't work properly. We have already stated that it is not good for that process. This is just an example.

While all products have been tested; we cannot make a guarantee that these products will agree with everyone. Should you develop sensitivity to these products please disregard their use immediately. Should you not have the same opinion of a scent throw please keep in mind we cannot test in each and every wax.

We take pride in our products and the fact that our products are packaged for you by hand one by one. Your order is treated with the respect and attention that you deserve and delivered to you from a smoke free environment.

We make every attempt to keep all items in stock; however, some things happen that are beyond our control. We will try to keep our website updated with out of stock items or quantities limited. We try and let you know immediately if there may be a problem with your order.

We want to take this time to thank you for your order and offer you our word that you will always have a guarantee with our products. For this guarantee to be effective please check your order right away and if something is not right please call me and you can be sure I will take care of it right away. We want happy customers. We do not guarantee that you will like each and every fragrance oil and we do not accept fragrance oils as returns. Those are fine, high quality items that once bottled and shipped are yours, we CANNOT accept fragrance oils back under ANY circumstances. We need to do this for quality issues so we can ensure the high quality of our products. We offer s 2 oz sample sizes, for purchase, for you to smell before committing to a full one pound size. For any other products permission must be given for a return and there will be a 15% restock fee, unless the problem is on our end. All items returned must be in good condition and in clean packaging. Store credit will be given for your return, unless an error on our end. You are responsible for shipping both ways unless the error is on our part.

Should you buy through a sale and we run out of one of your choices we will offer you the opportunity to swap for another item. We will not backorder that item for you and we will not ship your item, cheating you out of the sale price and let you find out when you get your box. Our sales and our fragrances have spoken for themselves and many times we have run out, I'm sorry for this but obviously we weren't prepared for this quick of growth.  We have all of you to thank for this.  Bless you all.

Any instructions or tips we offer are from our own personal experiences. We cannot guarantee that these will work in your particular circumstances. This is why we encourage you to TEST, TEST and TEST again.
