If the flashpoint is above 170 degrees and is non polar, it is considered safe for gel candle use per Penreco's standards. If you are new to gel candles, then you must do some research on gel candles before adding any fragrance oils as gel is much more particular on the adding of fragrances. APPLE MINT JELLY WOW, I just love granny smith apples and this is what this rascal is. Toss a little of my next favorite in there and man oh man I just love this. This is so spring, so clean, so fresh, so delightful. I could have an entire house that smells like this. That green in the jolly rancher candy that is this with a hint of mint. YUM YUM
BERRIES & VIOLETS This scent just echos romance to me. I love this fragrance, it is an absolute delight. It is tremendous in bath and body products. Just reminds me of my grandmother's vanity area. I picture Victorian lace gloves and old fashioned water pitchers filled with violets. Just elegance and romance in this aroma. OUT OF STOCK
BETTY'S GARDEN This scent just screams fresh earth to me. You get the tomato leaf and you get hints of basil. I can almost feel the dirt between my toes. Yes everyone knows you must garden barefoot. Nothing like biting into a fresh tomato while still standing in the patch. If you like our raspberry tomato leaf, you will love this one.
BLACK CHERRY This slightly burned my nose and made my eyes water when I poured it. The scent throw with KY soy was remarkable and that only eight hours after pouring so imagine the fully cured scent throw.
CHRISTMAS BLISS This is the first of our Christmas fragrances. This blend is just an absolute delight. I tested this last year but it was too late to get it in here for my Christmas pouring. Did anyone get a votive from me last year out of this??? This has your subtle hints of orange, spices, fresh pine and everything that an old fashioned Christmas should be.
CILANTRO That is right you all think I've flipped my lid. Now please remember my herbal background. Did you know that cilantro will flush heavy metals from your body? NO, don't buy a pound and drink it, this is a fragrance oil. But have you smelled Cilantro mixed with Lime or Pineapple or even on it's own? This is a great unisex scent, how many good men's things can you find? Have a large Mexican sector near you, guarantee you will sell this puppy. It is dead on like fresh cut cilantro.
CITRON & CURRANT We just had to have this delightful fragrance. With nuances of red currant, lemon, lime, orange, and grapefruit how can you go wrong. The Red Currant alone makes this one a delight. This is a must have for your entire line. While we hate the price we know this one is well worth it.
CLOVER FIELDS & ALOE If you like Green Clover & Aloe from Bath & Body Works then you will love this one. This is almost an exact type of theirs but we like ours better. Soap N Candles has it now!
CORNUCOPIA Now I will tell you I wasn't sold on this one till I burned it. I just was sitting on the fence and teetering back and forth. Then I put a match to this puppy and fell in love. This is fruit, all sorts of fall fruits, mixed with a little fall fresh air and spiced up a bit with some roasted chestnuts. We have poured this in soy and it is performing beautifully. This fragrance is one of those that you would keep year around and just rename it.
CRANBERRY I'm not a cranberry person and I love it. It is nice and tart. It is powerful. I tested a few Cranberries and this is the one I fell in love with. Now not only would this cranberry be perfect by itself but toss in a splash of Vanilla Bean and or how about some Red Hot to this puppy. This is just a necessary sample for your fall and winter pouring seasons. The scent throw on this is great.
Cranberry Fig What a delightful twist on an old favorite. This scent it to die for, the scent throw in bluegrass soy is tremendous and soap is delightful. Take your good old fashioned cranberry and round that out with the exotic smell of fig. This is a keeper for sure. This is a higher priced oil and we consider it one of our premium line oils.
Creamy Caramel is a must have for the fall season. You can blend this with so many things or use it on it's own. Blend with apple for a great carmel apple, pour by itself for that good old Kraft vanilla caramel smell, blend with our pecan coffee for Turtle Coffee. How about with a white cake for caramel cream cake. The posibilities are endless with this smooth, buttery, mouth watering fragrance. We are pleased to announce that the flash point is 212. This fragrance is just delightful. It is one of those comfort blends. You know it is cold outside and you just want to curl up with a book and read .....burn this candle. How about a candle out of this put into a basket with hot cocoas and fancy coffes?
FALLING LEAVES a delightul fall fragrance. It is everything fall is. It is crisp leaves under your feet when you are walking through the park on a misty day. It is refreshing, delightful and clean. It is the cool brisk air and the smell of fall. Who can put a finger on that smell?
FRAMBOISE CITRON You will absolutely love this gourmet cheesecake. Prepared with only the finest ingredients you can almost feel the creaminess of this raspberry lemon delight. This is served in all the finer establishments. Now you can also have a slice of this heavenly concoction.
GARDENIA LILY (BBW TYPE) We asked for this fragrance the moment we smelled it at BBW. I have their lotion in this and thankful I can finally make my own. I poured this up in the bluegrass soy and it knocked my customers socks off. We scented my entire office and the smell came in under the metal door into the house. We are thrilled to report that the flashpoint is 192 on this oil and if it passes gel testing then I can guarantee that Robin will be dancing in the streets on this rascal. I don't like gardenia, I never have, I think they all stink. This one is my gardenia fragrance. I won't bring in a straight gardenia or any other twist, this is a sure delight. You BBW type folks better grab this one quickly.
GINGER PUMPKINSNAP
this is something I had specially made for FES. This is our custom blend. I woke up one
morning at about 3AM and ran to the computer. I'm notorious for coming up with these things. We are very
happy with this blend. For right now, you can order this delightful blend of creamy pumpkin with gingernsnap
cookies, cinnamon and clove. WE LOVE THIS FRAGRANCE!!!
GRASSHOPPER PIE That is right, grasshopper pie. No it doesn't have grasshoppers in it. This is a delightful creamy smooth, light minty
smell. Just screams DESERT HEAVEN!!!!!!
HEAVENLY HONEYSUCKLE If you have not smelled fresh honeysuckle or sucked the nectar out of the
blossoms then you have not been a child in the south. We have collected blossoms
from our neighborhood and have sent these to our perfumer. This guy is just
amazing. I tell you if I don't keep this bottle away from Kaylin she is going to
try and suck the nectar out of it. I feel like I'm in my mom's back yard
being serenaded to the sounds of buzzing bumble bees and the swish swoosh
of wild yellow honeysuckle and hybrid red honeysuckle blowing in the
breeze. This is truly that must have floral scent. Now mix this with our
lemon slice and you will have a delightful preview of what a hot Oklahoma
night smells like.
HYACINTH This is a true floral.
This is the best floral I've ever smelled. I've tested lots of them and
this beats them all. It is a colorless to pale yellow.
JASMINE Oh my, how do I say this. Ok I've been searching for a while for that perfect Jasmine, you all remember what I posted about the last one, about the unflushed toilet in a man's restroom, well by golly this puppy took over my office in about an hour's time and drifted into the house. This is only after curing for 8 hours in the KY soy.
This is delightful, can hardly wait to get it in here and mix it with the
Hyacinth, that is a tremendous combo.
KAYLIN'S HERB PATCH
With hints of fresh lavender and sprigs of rosemary this
was one I just had to have. I reformulated this one to
suite my picky herbal nose, so you won't find this puppy
anywhere else. The first one was divine for bath and
body but not strong enough for candles. Now we have the
best of both worlds. Soap
N Candles has it now!
LEMON SLICES
This is a true lemon, this is not lemon pledge. This is a clear liquid.
Cold throw and hot throw is tremendous.
MABLE'S MINT SUGAR COOKIE OH MY, could very well be my favorite here. I grew up in a home where grandmomma was always baking butter cookie's. This scent is just fantastic.
This is not something you could just take sugar cookie and mix with mint. This
is so smooth and delightful. It is refreshing, if it were a cookie it would
melt in your mouth. Tested in bluegrass soy wax and knocked us out of the
room. Our flashpoint is >212, we are so excited about some of these
flashpoints as we know it increases our chances of them being gel safe. As soon
as we have more to sample they will be sent to our gel expert for proper
testing. I would pay $20.00 for this fragrance if I had to. This is that one staple
I will never be
without.
MADAGASCAR SPICE WOWZERS! If you all love Oriental Seduction you will flip over Madagascar
Spice. This delightful blend is all those exotic spices rounded out with a very
smooth vanilla. I detect subtle notes of saffron, allspice, nutmeg, clove, and
more.
MINT JULEP This oil will make you
feel like you have your hat on and are watching
Secretariat race by. If you are southern you know all
about the Kentucky Derby and their official drink, the
Mint Julep. While I don't smell the whiskey, I'm sure it
is there. This is the freshest, most delightful mint
blend I've ever smelled. My nosed picks spearmint as the
dominant and that is right up my alley, as that is my
favorite for mixing. I can see this mixed with tons of
things. Clean, crisp and fresh.
MULBERRY
This is so good I want to drink it. Takes a bit longer
than eight hours to cure in KY Soy but the throw is
delightful. Very good, not like grape at all, many smell
like grape.
ORANGE CREAM DANISH
Oh my, I think it is calorie free but can't guarantee
it. This little gem would be gorgeous done up in a
cinnamon roll type of mold then drizzle with orange
colored icing. Oh man wouldn't that be nice? But toss it
in everything else you want to smell like a bakery. This
makes you hungry.
ORIENTAL SEDUCTION
OH BABY! It's warm, it's exotic, it is
sophisticated. It is mysterious and alluring.
Slightly woodsy but I can definitely pick out vanilla,
musk, sandalwood, amber, mandarin and bergamot.
Spicy end is more like a clove, nutmeg, maybe some
coriander in there blend. This just reeks of
seduction. It is an amber colored liquid. Love
that woody musky smell.

OZARK FORESTa.k.a. Mistletoe I have smelled many a mistletoe in my few years of pouring candles and I always
want to throw them away. When my perfumer mentioned mistletoe I wanted to smack
him upside the head and say what is wrong with you. But they sent it anyway. I
LOVE THIS FRAGRANCE! I don't honestly want to call it mistletoe though. This
reminds me of an Ozark forest with a great blend of cedar, pine and fir and I
just love this rascal. I plan on keeping this year around and calling it Ozark
Forest. We are in the heart of Ozark land and I've smelled the forest, this is
it. Now think of a great soap for men and or a pine tar soap??? This fragrance
is sure to please. The throw in bluegrass soy is remarkable. The flashpoint is
>200 so hopefully we can have gel testing done and find out it will work for
you all. This fragrance is sure to be a top seller
for you all.
PEPPERMINT
This is dead on. I wasn't even going to bring in any other mints but
decided with Christmas coming up and the desire for Candy Cane and such that
this might be a good seller, plus it is such a great mixer for other
fragrances. It is a colorless liquid with a
true peppermint scent. IN STOCK
PINEAPPLE
This is a delightfully fresh pineapple. You can pour it by itself or mix with coconut for pina
colada's. Mix with brown sugar and white cake and this makes the most
delightful pineapple upside down cake that you won't be able to keep it on
your shelves. Ask me how I know. Now the flashpoint on this is 159 so it
won't be safe for your gels but by golly think of all the cool things you
can make in your paraffin and soy.
PINK GRAPEFRUIT
Wow, why doesn't anyone have this in their line yet? I
just love the smell of this. Did you know that
grapefruit is good for cellulite. Did you know that in
aromatherapy that if you sniff grapefruit it will curb
hunger? Yes I'm going to sniff a 55 gallon drum of this
puppy. Anyone else want to sniff with me? This is like
cutting into a big ole Texas Ruby Red Grapefruit. Mix
this with a little Mint Julep and you have delightful
bath and body products.
RASPBERRY TOMATO LEAF
Don't snarl you nose, trust me everyone that smells this
falls in love with it. It has that slight green
undertone and yes you get that hint of tomato leaf but
it is delightful and the scent throw is out of this
world.
RED CURRANT & THYME BBW TYPE
This is an exact type of this
ROOIBOS (RED TEA) This would be so remarkable in a soap infused with red tea. The scientific studies from S. Africa and Japan that red tea has potent antioxidants.
This tea is grown in Africa and is the only other tea in the world that undergoes the same fermentation process of black tea. It turns the leaves from green to a deep red color and gives it a slight sweet note with a
nice deep body. This is sooooooo delightful and
soothing. It has the tea smell but almost with a light
floral hint reminiscent of a rosewater. It has scented
my entire bathroom and has leaked out the door and into
the hallway and into Kaylin's room. OUT OF STOCK
ROSE GERANIUM
This is a great blend of tea rose and fresh geranium
flowers. NOW if you are into essential oils this is a
great sub for the rose geranium essential oil. This is a
colorless to pale yellow liquid with a slight floral
note to it.
SWEET ORANGE & GREEN
CLOVER This particular fragrance will have bees
knocking at your door. You feel the pollen tickle your
nose as you sniff this fragrance. The clover is as sharp
as a field of freshly mowed clover. Toss in some sweet
orange essential oil and this would make an awesome
soap.
WHITE SAGE You don't have to be Native American and it doesn't have to be Thanksgiving to burn this fragrance. This isn't your cupboard sage. This is a clean
fresh earthy sage. I want to get a good sweetgrass
and then a good campfire smoke and make a Sweat Lodge
fragrance. Native American heritage is very popular here
and we sell lots of sage. Hey here is one of those
valuable tidbits I will share with you that you won't
get from any other supplier. Get your pens and jot this
down. Did you know if you burn sage in the yard when you
are sitting out with friends that mosquitoes won't
bother you? I kid you not we use our sage incense and/or
sage candles and it works great, no buzzing, no blood
sucking.
WHITE TEA ORIGIN'S "TYPE"
OHHHHHHH WOW!!!!! If you have smelled Origins White Tea then you will
love our "type" of this delightfully sweet, herbal blend. This will take you
straight into a state of euphoric bliss. This is a true comfort scent. I want
an entire bath and body line of this stuff. This is one of those fragrances you
could build everything else around. Would make an awesome blender. Think about
Jasmine & White Tea, dare to be different. Everyone has green tea. This is
an expensive little buggar but let me tell you worth every penny of it. Soap
